About Me

Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of people through exciting explorations as well as life changes that bring about grief and anxiety. I pull from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, MI, and narrative therapy, depending on the focus of therapy and what works best for my clients.

I especially enjoy working with people recovering from spiritual abuse, faith leaders, queer people, and where those places intersect.

I’m trained in perinatal (from conception through the first year) mental health and pursuing certification through Postpartum Support International.

I have a BS in psychology from the University of Georgia and an MA in counseling from Seattle University.
